DESIGNING THE MODULAR HOME FOR TASMANIA
The conception of Luxe Modular Homes was a synergy of both modern contemporary design and luxury Australian sustainability.​ We were not convinced by traditional build methods, and so the exploration for Luxe Modular Homes began. Our homes are prefabricated using structural steel bases, light gauge steel frames, local metal cladding and high quality double glazed windows.
The interiors comprise of the highest quality Tasmanian veneer which are available in three designs being, crown cut, quarter cut and white washed panels, leaving the design and finished product both seamless and high end. Couple this with our raked ceilings to create a much larger feel yet still maintaining the warm aspect a home should have. Our appliances, flooring, tiles and joinery are of a high end yet affordable product.
From the outset we knew we couldn’t compromise quality for price and as such we have created modular homes that are ahead of the rest in all aspects.
